I had a message - Service Brake Assist that came up on my dashboard. Fortunately, I contacted Fort Washington Chevrolet and I was able to take my car in that day. Both Josh and Brian were amazing and helpful during the process. It was a result of a low car battery and got it replaced. Since then, I have not had any issues and grateful I got the service completed.

Every time I schedule service for my vehicle, the process is so smooth! Everyone is so nice and the service is quick! They communicate so well! I will be back!

I never receive back papers for every time I receive services. Why. Please let me know.

Quick service but I don’t believe the fluids was checked windshield washer fluid almost empty.

Yani is a wonderful salesperson. She was nice and listened to what I asked for. Shane and CeeCee were also great with helping to finalize the purchase. They were all extremely patient, even when asked the same questions multiple times for clarity.

This was probably the least stressful experience I've ever had in buying a vehicle. The Sales Manager Shane Blodgett worked to get the truck I wanted, got good value for my trade in and discounts for my new truck. The Salesman Aaron Peterson went and picked up the truck from another dealer several miles away, prepped cleaned and gassed it then guided us through the whole process including the on line technical aspects. Two very knowledgeable cordial and helpful guys including the finance lady. I highly recommend Fort Washington Chevrolet. From my experience that's an easy 5 star plus.

Everything was straight forward I knew what car I wanted they checked my info and I was in and out in about hour so

After a little back and forth after what was first quoted, they came through and honored it. They also allowed me to use my points which I never thought was possible, but saved me even more... Well done guys. Not many times you can say this about a service department but they certainly took care of me. The one and only thing was it took longer than anticipated to figure out the issue which ended up being what I told them it was, but other than that, all great and constant communication is throughout. Again well done Josh!
