This is was my first visit to this dealership and I was pleased with my service.

We had been trying to get out of our Nissan Altima and while other dealerships were either not willing to help us or gave us outrageous numbers that could never work, Shane at Chevy gave us the time and attention we needed. He communicated with me by phone all day and then we met in the evening and quickly accepted a deal for a new Silverado. It was the best experience I’ve ever had with car buying! I didn’t feel like anyone was trying to pressure us into anything and they got us into a vehicle that fit our needs. I would definitely come here again in the future.

I experienced heaven on earth. The first guy I met when I entered the show room was respectful, truthful and very professional. Plainly he handed me over to Dagmawee because he was busy attending to the needs of someone else. Dagmawee took over and also became an angel getting me to get a car I love.which I was shopping at that point but he convinced me to buy, I am so grateful to the team of professionals in that showroom that made me wait until the process was complete. I will do business with you guys again and again. They have also answered questions and have helped to solve whatever problem I have, even after that day.

I had to wait 8 days before getting an assessment of my car problem. Assessment was ridiculous. The problem was i could not use my bluetooth on my 2016 chevrolet cruze. I did not accept the estimate and was charged $182.00 for the assessment. I felt the amount was excessive. I have purchased 3 cars from this location. I would not go to this dealership again.

Service was very bad. No communication and it took too long to get information. I had an appointment to bring my vehicle in for service on July 14, 2025. Vehicle was showing a code violation and the hose of the AC needed to be replaced. After going back and forth with the technician, I finally got my vehicle (Chevrolet) back on July 28, 2025. I should had followed my first visit experience and not return but had to give them another chance. On that occasion my vehicle stayed in their shop for five (5) days without being touch, so I went and got my vehicle and took it somewhere else. NEVER AGAIN.

Bad enough this was a brand new vehicle with a serious issue and had to wait 3 weeks for a part. I started with one service rep there was a inside issue with him then Brad jumped in and did all that he could to help me to get my back in my vehicle. Customer service was great.

Service attendant was please and helpful. Service (oil change) did take longer than expected (1-1/2 hrs) given I had an appointment. But attendant kept me informed and got me out of there asap.

Check engine was on when I came in. Got turned off and came back on the next day

I was very pleased with the service that I received. I was greeted upon arrival and before I could sit in the waiting room I received a confirmation notice. The notice confirmed my service and asked me to reply. Very efficient!

I have been a customer of the dealership under its former and current ownership for more than 10 years. My last experience and service manager was awful. I drove off in a rush to an appointment, I experienced a hard engine fault code (flashing engine light), and had to return to the dealership because the spark plug wire was not properly seated. There was no way that my truck was test driven before it was given back to me. I missed my appointment because the mechanic was correcting a repair that should have been done prior to me receiving my truck. I have zero trust in the service manager and will never work with him again. Prior to this service experience, I would have given Fort Washington Chevrolet a 5 Star rating and a strong recommendation. This last visit was awful!

The service was good. The wait time was too long but over all the service was good.

All around great to deal with

Was there for 2 hours waiting for a simple oil change, oil filter, and tire rotation,, and I did have an appt. I think they forgot about me. I walked outside and saw my vehicle. I then walked into the service department and they scrambled... grabbed my paperwork and gave some excuse that the service tech left for the day. Anyway, the work was done fine as far as I can tell. Suggest the service department and the waiting area be connected for simpler communication.

I had me 2017 Camaro serviced (oil change) and sway bar links replaced recently. I drove the vehicle home which is about 2 miles from the dealership and parked it in the garage as usual. Two days later I noticed a deep scratch on the left front wheel. I immediately brought it back to show the service attendant. He took pictures and said the manager would call me the next day. He never did. I came back the next day and waited for about 45 mins to talk with the service manager. He was very hostile and even before I could tell him what happened, he says Im not paying for any damage. I explai ed what happened and he remained pretty disrespectful and hostile. He was supposed to review the video camara footage and never did, so I couldn't figure out how he could say the shop wasn't responsible. We went back a d forth for about 15 minutes, until he conceded to at least review the footage. He said he would call me ford thing Monday 6th...its Oct 8th and still no call from him. I have serviced at least 6 cars there over the last ten yrs and I actually purchased the camaro from your dealership. Im extremely disappointed with your customer service. I was actually going to buy a corvette from here but I have now changed my mind. I will purchase it somewhere else and I will NOT be servicing any other vehicles. Your poor service has and rude managers is unacceptable for the amount of money and time I have spent there.

I was not satisfied with the amount of time taken to complete an oil change. My appointment was scheduled at 9:30 am and wasn’t completed until 12:15 pm (over two and a half hours)

I had a message - Service Brake Assist that came up on my dashboard. Fortunately, I contacted Fort Washington Chevrolet and I was able to take my car in that day. Both Josh and Brian were amazing and helpful during the process. It was a result of a low car battery and got it replaced. Since then, I have not had any issues and grateful I got the service completed.
